Hard to really say anymore... with the masternode donations, one could "donate" all their earnings to any address they want, including their own.

Btw, does anyone else think that it is about time (maybe after MN blinding hits mainnet) that Evan and the other devs step back from coding for a few weeks and carefully document the current state of the features of the coin? Right now, if you don't follow the development religiously (or enjoy reading line after line of code) you have next to no idea how things currently work. Take the white paper on Darksend or the KA security audit for example. Things have drastically improved since then, but since this hasn't been documented those who are not hardcore supporters don't realize that fact. The confusion over the donations is just another example of the effect of a lack of documentation.
In short, I think it is time to take documentation more seriously so that the general level of confusion related to the current feature set is reduced.

My sneaky method: I've followed Udjin's posts... I even made a bookmark for some of his posts because of all the devs he likes to explain things the most. I bookmarked some of flare's posts also. How I could find this donation stuff is from Udjin's post here:

- DS Speed Improvements : Darksend should be lightning fast now on mainnet. We're going to delay the implementation of masternode blinding because there's two separate mobile wallets that are in the process of implementing Darksend and the reference implementation needs to be super stable during this period of time. Once we have the mobile wallets done (which should have Darksend and InstantX support) we can move back to improving Darksend.
- DS Max Rounds is now 8, which is more than enough for anyone. If someone wants more security, they can use the parameter which goes up to 16.
- Fixed Chinese Translations
- Masternode voting should now work properly. Masternode operators can copy their masternode.conf to another computer and vote without having their wallets online now.

Is this a protocol update? Require a cold start? My MNs fell off the list...I only updated remote side though. Would be nice if it was a standard to state whether or not the updates require a cold start instead of having to guess...
yes with protocol bump the colt/hot wallets of new ver have to be started both.

Thanks guys, will have to wait until I get back home to start the cold wallet.
The new wallet is looking really slick. Minor critique on the Overview tab. The word DASH in available balance gets truncated once you reach 10,000 DASH. My goal of course is to have enough DASH that I only see the D, but I'm sure the wallet will be updated before I reach 1,000,000 DASH. :tongue:

no address visible....
edit: strange as I`ve opened the wallet again and it is OK now....
Errors like this one or almost always accidental line-breaks in the translation...it needs to be fixed there.
( BTW, it's additionally different under different operating systems, so it may look perfectly good under Windows but break under OSX or Linux)
