If it doesn't break other things in other languages I'm fine with that.
Right now I can't test Windows builds ( my Gitian build environment doesn't like the new Dash dependencies; have to fix that first), but if there should be new issues we can easily revert this, or fix it again.

See dev's should be dev'ing not doing devops.

I really hope we get to the bottom of this issue. Multiple large users and exchanges are having issues with this piece of our wallet and it needs to be addressed. People should be able to have 50mb files. Exchanges need to be able to. We can't have an exchange not using our core code and instead using darkcoil or something cause this bug exist's.

Edit: Had a convo with bittrex-ritchie about how poorly our wallet has performed for him on that exchange to the point where they don't even run our core wallet only darkcoil. If this exchange is having issues we should listen. I'm sure others would be having issues too.

There should be no more such issue with daemon (either already synced or in reindexing mode) and no more such issue with Qt in synced mode in 11.2.x. It's only problem with reindexing in Qt for wallets that have txes on almost every block and it has nothing to do with DS related features afaik. As a workaround for this issue you can reindex with some dummy wallet (-wallet=dummy_wallet.dat). However it would be interesting to compare with darkcoil on wallets like that...
 
How are we making out on the SSL cert for the dashpay.io site. I'm still seeing cert error's which require work arounds for wget and such.

Seems like some sort of domain mismatch error perhaps because of the .org stuff?

Has masternode blinding been reenabled now that we are past the rebrand? You mentioned it was disabled in a previous testnet release.

0.11.2.13 Windows build:
Icon in taskbar is now correct, 16x16 icon in the windows bar (just upside of "File" menu) is still wrong.

DonationPercent from masternode.conf when I do "masternode list-conf" is always loaded as 100 whichever value I put there (tried for ex "5", "0.05", "0,05" and "5%").
