1 CPU mining with 1 thread should be enough hashing power. All suddenly adding a lot more does is up the diff and cause large block times for a while when it's removed. Net hashpower should have no effect whatsoever on IX.

The OP download links have the upgraded version, but the wrong protocol version... this could be causing some of the issues

I think we need to be seeing "broadcast through 10 node(s) not this 5 stuff. I think some of the 33 are only on the version 70045 not 70055!

Hmm.. I downloaded one from OP and was able to work okay with Moli. Propulsion and I had an IX that instaconfirmed for him, but only 1 confirmation for me. You using links from op Propulsion
