OUR SCOPE
We have excelled in positioning the Dash brand in the minds of Venezuelans and positioning our country as the first crypto nation of the world. Despite the difficult market, opening the door to thousands of merchants to accept Dash, reaching millions of users in Venezuela by earning weekly TV/radio interviews and getting in tens of global publications are proof of the real steps we have achieved for the Dash network; and as 2019 begins, we know great things are yet to come, but making Venezuela a Dash nation is now closer to being a reality, We proved it!
After a successful balance of achievements for more than a year and a half, we know what is possible to do with the right promotion and education strategies, but we want to achieve more. We want Dash to become the first choice of Venezuelans as a payment method.
We are close to sealing other big successful alliance with a big box brand organization like Church’s Chicken de Venezuela. Soon we will share great news about adoption from well known companies and organizations of our country.
We are the center of a national movement composed of more than 30 communities in the main and most important states and regions of the country, besides our ongoing work with professional associations, emerging fintech startups, and various actors in the academic field.
We have inspired and advised other enthusiasts in half a dozen potential Latin American communities to replicate our best practices and initiate coordinated actions that promote the growth of the Dash network in Colombia, Argentina, Brazil and many more. Our cooperative spirit precedes us, and we will continue to spread the Dash communities as much as we can as we believe in the operation of the DAO and how it can create tremendous synergies.
We have the potential and knowledge of the community to promote the Dash brand and share the success of our experience through the participation of our team in events inside Venezuela and abroad.

OUR PROPOSAL
Our proposal is composed of 4 strategic pillars:

- KEEP LOW OPERATING EXPENSES FOR THE DASH VENEZUELA TEAM
1) USER TARGETED, MEDIA RICH EDUCATION ACTIVITIES AIMED AT GROWING DASH’S ECOSYSTEM
Education and awareness are fundamental pillars for the growth of Dash in the world. The more people learn about Dash and how to use it to solve their financial problems in this hyperinflation, the bigger and more liquid the market becomes and more places will use it with our help to achieve adoption. We have done it in the past year and a half, we’ve documented the results and and we know it works! We understand current Dash prices are not ideal, so it is very important for us to balance a massive reach with a great ROI, this is being done by making invitations to strategic groups of users, exchanging Dash services -Such as crypto consulting- for goods, and eliminating any unnecessary expenses from the events.
We will deepen the recruitment and training of professional organizations and institutions with which we will seal strategic alliances to mark new global adoption milestones.
The innovation and turnout at our events is and will continue to be a reference of the world to share knowledge about Dash. Now we will also do it in the most important regions of our country.
And for those individuals , that already know the characteristics and qualities of this cryptocurrency because of having been in contact with us at Dash we will give them deeper and more specialized information on how to use it for their everyday activities and also become Dash ambassadors.
At the end of this proposal in May 2019, Dash Venezuela will have trained 1800 people in blockchain, cryptocurrencies and the characteristics and opportunities Digital - Cash Dash, in activities such as:
- Conferences in the most important cities of Venezuela, including wallet openings
- Dash City Experience, where participants can buy goods and services to trained entrepreneurs, merchants and companies with their Dash Wallet.
- open workshops,
- in-company trainings,
- international virtual congress,
- online education,
- financial and technological consulting
Targeted for migrants, entrepreneurs, merchants, companies, journalists, educational institutes, Dash Communities.
2) WORLD CLASS PR MANAGEMENT
Our PR platform has maintained the permanent exhibition of the Dash brand in all kinds of media. Only in 2018 the spokespersons of Dash Venezuela attended more than 100 interviews, both national and international, including TV + Radio + Press + YouTube, reaching thousands of people.
Our new proposal includes the development of content that shows the growth of the Dash brand in Venezuela and other countries and generates interest and confidence in its adoption and use; the sponsorship and executive production of new specialized spaces, in addition to the permanent exposure effort.
So, by the end of May 2019, Dash Venezuela will have at least 50 new brand exposure through: interviews, advertisement, sponsorships, among others.
3) REAL MARKET RESEARCH TO UNCOVER PATHS TO GROW
Partnered with impor organization in order to improve our the infrastructure, the knowledge and the capacity to promote the study and development of strategies that will allow the whole community to know the satisfaction of the users of Dash - Digital Cash, and to detect new market necessities and niches that will contribute to a true mass adoption in our country.
We will design, implement and analyze the results of one market research about knowledge and real use of Dash and other cryptocurrencies in our country.
4) OPERATIVE EXPENSES OF THE DASH VENEZUELA HEADQUARTERS

5) WE HONOR OUR COMMITMENTS
Siaskiboy envisioned our commitment of going on with our work even when the price drop cause that we did not get the funds of our approved proposals. He lent us 200 Dash, and this amazing gesture is what made possible to hold the conferences 10 and 11 of our cycle in 2018, with benefits for the whole Dash Community.
We have been paying him back the last 4 months, and there is still 40 Dash left to pay him. We will complete our payments, although our gratitude to Siaskiboy and other members of the community that have financially supported us will stay forever. THANK YOU!

We want to thank all the MNOs and Dash Community members for your support that has helped us lead this national and international movement that has build the basis for making of Venezuela the 1st Dash Nation.
In these turbulent times for the country, we believe that pushing forward will only increase adoption for Dash in Venezuela. The fact that our country has an official cryptocurrency and laws are adapting to include this into the hands of people will allow us to work in a less difficult environment from a regulatory perspective. We keep a direct contact with experts and policy makers to ensure the Dash brand stays compliant at all times, this has also allowed us to work closer with exchanges so that we can increase the liquidity in the market, which is something we understand is needed, in order to improve transactions. We are also constantly in contact with other Dash groups of interest, including DCG so that we can find synergies and share best practices, as we know diversity will help us build this Dash ecosystem much faster and more efficiently.
