NEW PROPOSAL
5TH DASH CONFERENCE IN CARACAS - VENEZUELA
FEBRUARY 2018​

Hello, everyone.

For february 2018, we are getting prepared for the 5TH DASH Conference in Caracas - Venezuela, that will take place on saturday Februery 24th, in the Pestana Caracas Hotel.

WHY IS THE BUDGET HIGHER THAN THE ONES BEFORE?
  • Until november, our events' duration were 4 hours, but beginning in december, our events take the entire day, because we do the conference in the morning and the DASH City in the afternoon. This means we have to hire the conference venue all day, and the entire day before, for preparations.
  • We receive more participants, because besides the 600 people we receive in the morning, we also receive around 200 more people in the afternoon, that come to DASH City. This means increase in giveaways, POP and catering.
  • Our team has grown considerably: we have 9 coordinators, 9 assistants, the innovation team is formed by 87 people, 50 entrepreneurs with their asistants, plus the rest of the people who provide services of speaker, panelist, moderator, social media, photography, video, among others. This means more budget for their payments, catering and trainning expenses.
  • For the first time, since January, we are taking into consideration insurance and first aids for the people who participate in any way in our events.
  • Also, we now know we have to hire dedicated satelital Internet services, because venues do not have a strong enough Internet service to support such a big event.

Hi guys,

I've attended your conference and have been very pleased with the experiences.

One of the things about them that caught my attention is the amount of entrepreneurs promoting their iniatives present on each event. So, I was wondering how many of them have benefited from participating on Dash Caracas events?

Hello, everyone.

For march 2018, we are getting prepared for the 6TH DASH Conference in Caracas - Venezuela, that will take place on saturday March 31st, in the Pestana Caracas
PREMIUM CITY & CONFERENCE HOTEL.

Besides, we have been invited to participate in an event called: "Help! There is a cryptocurrency in my soup!". This event will take place on march 8th, in the Valle Arriba Athletic Club, and it is intended for an audience of 250 people, who are stakeholders of important companies in Venezuela.

The organizers have asked us to give one conference and to make a "mini DASH City", so this bussines people can experience what it is like to receive Dash and buy with Dash.

So, adding both events, the full proposal will be of 108.33 DASH
