I'm curious what metadata will leak. Can my contacts be mapped?

And I hope the payment description I receive is changeable. Also, payments in and out need more attribute options such as category, sub-category, location and so on... all done at the API level because wallets should be able to integrate into existing finance managers (Financisto etc).

Actually, I'm going to retract my phishing comment. Although I can imagine compromised MNs - and that does worry me a little - I can also see the underlying technology is really quite powerful. It seems it could also do, for example, SMS authentication.

By the way, what are the MN requirements for Evolution?

Remove the folder 'Electrum-DASH' from '%AppData%' and try again. worked for me.

If you delete this folder, you delete also your new wallet and config, tried and no go, same error.

Okay so is there any documentation for Linux machines? I'm usually pretty smart when it comes to figuring this shit out but I'm having a hard time here with evolution prototype. It seems as though people were able to use it with the usernames they registered at dashevolution.com - I can't even get the software running on my machine... All the 'readme' docs in the zip file are for bitcoin electrum wallets... Most of the readme files don't even have 'DASH'? I'm looking for a simple way to get evolution prototype running on linux, any help is appreciated.

I feel like evolution is all over the place maybe jumped the gun on showing it? I almost feel like I did when I was trying to get monero working on my computer?
