I assume these break downs mean 10 Dash was mined in total by miners but where does the 36.215 Dash come from?

No, it's the other way around. 36.215 is from the blocks that were found by the X11 miners. The 10 is from all the mined altcoins (all algos) that were exchanged for DASH.

Today's xpool.ca multipool payout is 320+ NXT, 6+ BTCD, 3+ FIBRE, 203+ BITS, 6+ DASH, 0.409+ LTC & 0.495+ BTC
Additionally 6.686 DASH was found and sent to X11 miners in the past 24 hours.
Would love to see some miners step it up. If the pool can grow another 40-50% all around I will look into opening an asset for some profit sharing which that in itself will grow the pool even more.

Additionally 24.310 DASH was found and sent to X11 miners in the past 24 hours.
