X11 ASIC Baikal Mini Miner Spec

Excellent dude, Question regarding customs I live in Germany I plan on to buy one Quad Mid September, So lets say I pay them 2500$ (Although i did not like that they upped the price from 2k)
When it arrives it says that it cost less exm: 100$ so that you pay low VAT? In our customs sometimes they say that you should bring your "order copy"
Example: Ebay you bought something 300$ and you have your copy, do they (balkail) send a "fake" copy just in case?
Question regarding the Miner lets say you set it to mine and after some months of mining it breaks or stop working by itselft what then?
And finaly can you check and do some experimetns on the following link and the coins? I see often (as of now 4:40am Germany) that Monatery UNIt (MUE) *quark if you Mine it for a whole day at 600mhs
, you come about 27$ per day *it goes up and down every 2 hours sometimes 35$ and others 12$

I am testing with the thingy different pools / algos / coins / multi-algos / multi-coins.
So far I've managed to make the most 12$ / day with it which I think it's good so far.
have you been able to get it to run multi-algo/multi-coins and autoswitch? Can't get it to autoswitch on nicehash.

What steps did you use on nicehash? Did you tinker with the terminal inside the miner's dashboard?

1.Am I right assuming that you have to make the firmware update to every board if you have 2 or more linked miners?
2.Why would you need to burn the OrangePi image to a SD card if you make the firmware update with that wire?
3.Do you have to make them both not just one?
3.Once you insert the SD card into the miner what should you do?How to run the installer?

I used it for multi-algo and multi-coins, both with autoswitch but not in nicehash.com.

i haven't found the file in the terminal yet to tinker with it.. i was looking for it earlier today.

1 to update SD card.
2 update to each board. If there are multiple, repeat.

Thanks for the reply! Have you posted any pics or videos? I'm a bit weary of ordering from them given the purchase process. Also, the cost/performance seems too good to be true. Are you seeing >1 DASH/day mined with the quad?

I am not mining DASH because I do prefer not so difficult & well known coins.But with Baikal's specs I don't think you'll be able to make > 1 DASH/day.The best case scenario at the actual coins' rates I think will be around 0.8 DASh/day, more realistic around 0.5 - 0.6.My 2 cents

I am testing all the algos in single coin, multi-algo and multicoin mining.The best i found so far makes 12$/day.
Even if in the miner's dashboard I see a constant 597-601 Mh/s a pool's hashrate is quite different.Some of the pools see about 10-15% less, some fluctuate from 97 to 1000 Mh/s, some are constant around 600.
New things for my techy guys, directly from Baikal Tech Team regarding the update:
1. Since I've seen it has a linux terminal I was wondering: can it be tricked to mine as a GPU/CPU miner in order to test other algorithms?
The baikal miner has sgminer. You can see the sgminer is running with following command $ sudo screen -r
