Where to host masternodes?

I know that masternodes are getting expensive lately cool, but still:

Is there a list of recommended VPS hosts best suited to host masternodes? Not only on a technical level (what are the minimum requirements, by the way?) but also on a diversity/geographical level.

(An ideal solution would be, of course, a dynamically updated list, built to avoid MNs centralization. I suppose Vultr would not be #1 in such a list.)

I would avoid Vultr for many reasons.

I've had good luck with Digital Ocean.
