No, anyone can submit a proposal but only masternode operators can vote. And it has always been like this, even before the fee was changed.

yea you're right, i got 2 of them hidden in my other mining, still a lot more spaced out than im used to.

OK so can i ask you guys a question that i already asked Bert... "If you got cast away.. and landed on an island where there're only bananas and avocados to eat? Except there're also fish but you have to know how to catch them .. What would you do? "

I suck at fishing, dont really like avocados and dont see myself surviving on a diet of only banana's so i would do what ET did,
i would call home (i just hope my phone would still work there :rolleyes:)
