I just tried that and found an interesting(?) feature:
- use coin control and select one single input
- send the complete(!) amount via InstantX (minus fees of course)
- wait until you're grey and old...
IOW, InstantX seems to work only if you choose NOT the complete input, everything less works.
Edit: waited for half an hour now, they get definitely not broadcasted at all. InstantX transactions before and after are confirmed...
