Uphold purchase still pending 8 days later

I bought 0.7 dash on Dec 9th. I still have no available balance. I checked with the bank and the ACH transfer happened the same day, so what gives?

of course. No response at all to my email other than to acknowledge that I sent it.

update: the balance is available as of this morning. maybe they are reading this forum.

Just got verified on uphold and put .1 dash on it to see how it works. Was able to link bank account and withdraw $100 to bank account (pending). Will let you know how it goes. I am so tired of waiting on Kraken, Polo and CEX for verification. If they can't handle just verifying me in a week, they sure can't handle me selling dash on their site in an expedient manner.
