Updated Pools running 0.9.11.4/5/6 (Paying Masternode Payments)

Nice, updated once again.

I'm glad pools won't have to update stratum again lol. Some were confused about that, some lazy, some with "complicated" multipool stuff to workout. Updating darkcoind / whatevercoind is pretty normal.

But yes, I'm also curious about what % we're hoping to reach before the trigger is pulled? We're over 70% now which is awesome, hope it stays that way or gets better, don't want a backwards slope!
 
Evan said some days ago that he will pull the enforcement trigger with the release of RC4. He mentioned not to be in a hurry. So I guess we still have around 2 weeks left.
