Today was an official opening in our first restaurant. About 20 people have already payed for their order in Dash which is amazing.
We're actively expanding the network of our restaurants and will make updates, as soon as they appear.
Thanks a lot for support from @alex-ru for sharing our awesome event and @akhavr for coming and testing how our system works in the real restaurant.

Nice job guys, so tell about the process for the restauraut to pay with dash, did you install a software in his POS, or the computer they used ? so this software is available for any people or it private to this restaurant ?
For a visitor, it's same as paying with cash or card: just ask for a check, mention that you're paying in DASH, and wait for a pre-check with the qr-code. Scan, send, done. In about a minute you'll get a final check.
For a restaurant, nothing major - guys modified the regular (for ukrainian restaurant) POS system to accept crypto. So, now deployment is mostly limited by the staff training.
Re POS mods - better ask @dmitriybtc . I was involved as an early user

Basically we didn't create new POS system, we created a module for paying in crypto and embedded it into terminals. Currently we've partnered with Profit Solutions software but we're making negotiations and will probably announce new integrations with new POS software providers. We want to cover as much businesses, as possible, and having a list of potential clients who want to accept crypto is really awesome.
From the restaurant side, all they have to do is to make an update in their software and sign a contract with our company.

In Ukraine crypto crowd doesn't (yet?) differentiate between cryptos. We're (still?) working together to push the ideas and projects forward.

We've recently took part in the International Security Exhibition- 2017!
And I have to say WOW! The most intense moment was when the speaker announced the opening of an exhibition and told that "This edition of International Security Exhibition is unique, as the new official sponsor and exhibitor is worlds most fast and secure cryptocurrency - DASH..."
As we promised, the contract was signed and Axxon Soft company sold it's software! That was publicly announced so news provider will get us news coverage. Still working on video, so take a look at some photos
P.S. Dash was featured in two places - DASH Cafe and a Separate stand inside the exhibition hall!

This week was a very important one for Dash. We’ve been able to make it a general sponsor at International Security Conference “Bezpeka 2017”. That was rather valuable experience and we’re excited for sponsoring this event.
In order to make the experience even more interesting, we’ve made a really important move — the first public purchase of a software between 2 companies in cryptocurrency.
This purchase was backed by a contract signing from both sides which makes it the first ever official purchase of its kind in the whole world.
The participants of this event:
- Oleksandr Kurinnyi, CEO of AxxonSoft
- Olexandr Turin, CEO of ITX
- Dmitry Baimuratov, Dash representative in Ukraine
This event was covered by multiple TV channels and was featured in dozens of Ukrainian news outlets.
On top of that, we showed people how to use cryptocurrency at our Dash cafe. Up to 30 people have tried this amazing technology, the feedback was outstanding.

Here's a couple of photos from one of our meet-ups last week. Were teaching people how to use crypto in restaurants.
Sadly, some of them argued whether they need cryptocurrency for payments...
However, even they were satisfied with the speed and overall convenience of our service!
