Transaction fees in the block explorer

In this transaction, as an example https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dash/tx.dws?13654776.htm, we can see a sent output and a change output, but no output that represents fees, what is the exact place of fees in a transaction, and in a block by extension.

It is a bit clearer in the Insight block explorer:

FEE: 0.00000227 DASH

How is the fee data stored in the UTXO set exactly?

The miner that creates the block containing a transaction takes the fee (the difference in value between the sum of the inputs and sum of the outputs). They add up the fees for all transactions in the block and then pay it out to themself in the coinbase transaction of the block.
