Testnet masternode problem

my sync process was successfully finished, I create and load gui wallet, made collateral transaction and continue with registration via this instruction:

I generated all addresses/bls private keys/send some tdash for my payout address but after I tried protx registered I got this error:
"bad-protx-dup-addr (code 18)"
I also try to registered via my dashcore wallet app v19.01 in console, but stuck in the same error after "protx register_submit":
"bad-protx-dup-addr (code 18)" (code -1)
I regenerate all adresses and bls private/public keys few times, but got the same errors. I tried different variations: via dashmate setup/without dashmate/via dashcore app on my Mac/via gui wallet in terminal, but nothing helped. I am doing everything via official instruction. What I can do now? Thank u!!!

A similar problem was I rebooted the whole system and created new bls generate and getnewaddress! After that, everything worked fine for me!

Testnet masternode is usually paid at least once a day. Mainnet takes 7 days.

What problem can be with my masternode on testnet? its already running for more than 7 days but I still don't receive payments. The same status from the beginning:

Use your local Dash-Qt, go to Settings>Options>Wallet tab, and check "Show Masternodes"

On that tab it will show you the "next payment" info for all of your masternodes.

DCG have done an un-annonunced chain re-organisation and haven't even released new binaries for the community to run. I'm done with testnet, it's impossible to support it under these conditions. RIP.

The communication about the release of these binaries is very poor. No announcement on dash.org/forum and no announcement on Reddit.
They just released it 14 hours ago on Github and that is pretty much it. I am not on Discord, so i don't know if they announced the release of v19.2.0-rc.1 on Testnet there.

Also no further feedback about this dev internal testing of v19.2.0-rc.1 on Testnet, whether it successfully activated Dash Core v19 on Testnet by now or not.

I was surprised when i heard Pasta mention during latest Dash Platform and Core Development Update a release date of v19.2.0 to Mainnet as soon as today (Thursday), but with the possibility to release it after the weekend (Monday), if testing did not introduce any problems. That sounds like a really short testing phase on Testnet to me.

There are even still some pull requests labeled for v19.2 that are not finalized on Github :
