Stuck Wallet

This is the message my wallet is showing:

"Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade.

Synchronizing with network... 50 weeks behind"

But it is doing nothing. I tried backing up my wallet and deleting everything to download the latest version v0.10.17.24, but this did not work. Now I show 0 balance and nothing will sync. What do I need to do?

How did you solve it? I'm having same issue,but some 10 blocks behind.

Needed to delete everything but a wallet.dat file...
