Did you set up a firewall that might be blocking the ports? Port 9999/tcp should be open, and 22/tcp is usually open as well to allow SSH. Everything else can be closed.

Everything looks good from what you pasted, the next step would be to test how other nodes see your node. Dashninja usually does this, but has been slightly unreliable lately. Feel free to PM me your address and I can check for you. Are you sure sentinel is running and in your crontab?
