I don't know what. But something.

Weekly RSI has started rising again and didn't oversell past the last bottom. The RSI can "bottom" months ahead of the price so this looks bullish to me.

I hate to smother your furnace of hopeful optimism, but after 2018, and especially the earthquake at the end... Your charts don't mean jack schidt.

Wishful thinking out loud doesn't get the job done.

The bubble was unearned, which is why it was a bubble.

yeah, it's unlikely to rise to the same figures again, unfortunately. it's better to trade cryptos short-term and earn money on price flucatuations instead o_O. Forex is the best place for such strategy, I have been trading at one forex broker for 6 months and Short selling option helps me in making profit these days. It helps to get a stable income even when the interest rates are falling.
 
Why? What has changed that would cause a bull run?

Put your Ouija Boards away. This is still sliding downhill.

Unless you mean a bull got sick and now it has the runs...
