[Sloved]Local wallet showing "NEW_START_REQUIRED"

My 12.1 wallet is saying MN1 "new start required" ,,,, I have checked with putty and on dash ninga and the node appears to be running ,,, when i try to start the MN1 using the new masternode tab within the wallet I get an error window saying "Failes to start could not locate txin ************* My IP""

Is this sort of behaviour just due to the update transition period ?
