Restore dash wallet

Guys,

Really don't know if i'm at the right topic, probably not, but after a crash i'm trying to restore my dash wallet. I havn't tried to copy my wallet.dat backup into the dashcore folder but is it correct that the automatic made backups don't work? At least ive tried it a couple of times with the different automatic backups cause my own backup is from december 2017 but non of them succeeded. Can you help me out?
 
why don’t they work ?
what is the error ?
 
hi @tungfa , do you happen to know how one can go about installing the new dash wallet on to TAILS? any help would be amazingly appreciated.. thanks heaps mate.
