I'm going to get hated today... lol but thats ok as long as its good for Darkcoin because that is where my heart is, you are a founder and you want the same name as the rothchilds? and others ... What is going on here? Is this a coincidence?

Are you an expert in this subject? Because I heard from the Foundation's lawyer that they have already considered the legal implications, you do not believe them?

Dude you are extremely confused, I am not in the foundation board. I am a member of the foundation just like you. I am just active in trying to help, this is a volunteering project if you feel you can do better than others just go ahead and do it no one is stopping you.

Give this whole process a few weeks. Legal things need to play out before we jump to conclusions. I would love for you to elaborate specifically on what the harm is naming the instant finance solution Digital Cash or DASH if we are able to obtain a trademark and other legal items? I know there are other companies and products named DASH, but I trust the lawyers who are involved in or hired by the foundation.

Whenever we refer to the "foundation making the decision" we are generally talking about the following members of the foundation:

The decision making process the last few months may not have been exclusively those people on the page, but they are the "core team" behind the Darkcoin Foundation.

I'm not too worried about it. Either way... Things always work. And besides... Things were getting a bit boring around here till this happened. Successful releases of features, the odd troll, and child Harold all boring. Hell this kicked up the community in quick hurry... For a second I thought I was going to see some fists flying... Seriously.. If anything this has solidified my believe that you folks are the best cryptography community out there. Let's have some faith in our Dev and company... So far... I've done well by keeping the faith ;). Evan is no dummy and it will probably come out he had this planned for long time already. I've seen that same quality in other leaders as well. And frankly why I bought in Jan/Feb 14...he was a man of action and put his real name behind it... Rare in the crypto world.

It is important to point out weaknesses and that is why this thread is here. I would wager that constructive criticism and ideas are looked upon and responded to better than the post I quoted from you.

I welcome your ideas, just be constructive if you want real responses and to be taken seriously. Be warned: many of the questions you have simply won't be answered until the core foundation team comes to a final decision and entirely figures out legal. It would be idiotic to announce anything before that time and just add to the confusion.

It's the way you're going about it that's wrong. You're a fellow Canadian, you should have better people skills than that. You may be right, but you're coming across as a douche right now.

Yes, meaning when Circle a large VC funded crypto company was founded, a few months ago there were already many financial institutions with that name. But that name is only meaningful in the crypto sphere. Our name will mean something to our target market. That was my point.
