As promised in another thread, I am sharing a Dash project portfolio report from Dash Core Group.
The report contains synthesized information abut delivery status of all our development streams. We are still working on new form of reporting, so please consider it a temporary format.
General comments about the work status
Majority of developers are being involved in DIPs creation and finalisation. DIPs are technical and functional specification of Dash Evolution.
Above causes "ON HOLD" status in majority of Evolution development activities
After DIPs are being finalised, project plans are going to be updated and roadmap re-defined (with all dependencies included)
The team is intensively hiring missing resources
Dash Core Group management works on the legal structure finalisation and internal org structure
PM team works on delivery model and internal processes
Majority of risks are caused by lack of resources and work on DIPs (these risks are being mitigated already by hiring and delivery model preparations)
The report contains only status of development projects that are not confidential (e.g. it excludes ongoing integrations and BizDev work)

General Comments
Majority of developers is being involved in DIPs finalisation. The work on DIP is progressing as planned.
Developers' workshop is being planned between 13th and 18th November. During the workshop DIPs are going to be finalised and confirmed.
After DIPs are being finalised, project plans are going to be updated and roadmap re-defined (with all dependencies included).
Project Managers are working on delivery model and processes in parallel to DIPs creation efforts.

Here are some comments from the report:
Internal Dash Core Group Inc structure finalised and approved (more details to be shared in further communication)
AgileLAB (external consulting company hired to help with Agile implementation) finalised an assessment of the delivery structure and proposed setup for the delivery teams. Proposal approved by the DCG team and implementation launched (more details to be shared in further communication)
Finished backporting Bitcoin 0.14 changes into the Core
Conducted research on DKG and BLS (backend). Starting Proof of Concept implementation.
Scope of DashDrive MVP finalised and 20% of the requirements completed
This is to share with you the latest project portfolio report (from the last week, published with a delay due to my personal schedule issues).
Here are some comments from the report:
Copay Internal testing ( functional and performance ) is expected to continue for next two weeks. Expected production release late April 2018.
Current target of the UX/UI PoC team is to prepare next version of “contact management “ feature video demo to be presented to public. The goal is also to collect requirements for Evolution Wallet ver. 1
Final decision regarding re-branding is made. A new logo design provided by Tharp&Clark will be the new Dash logo. DCG decision regarding the future website(s) will be made based on the proposal provided by external vendor.
For Core: Preparations for 12.3 release have been started. Transition from Trac is in progress and Trac is about to be deprecated.
DAPI/SDK: New version of bitcore-lib, bitcore-node and insight in preparation. Removed some tech debt and improved CI testing on bitcore-lib (from bitcore-build / gulp to webpack). Quorum Data flow / sig flow and bloom filters still in progress.
DashDrive team implemented storage layer (IPFS): adding and syncing ST Packets between DashDrive nodes, keeping sync state, handling blockchain reorg and initial sync.
Mobile: iOS Dashwallet - Released NFC on iOS, no hiccups. DashControl App (1.0 iOS version): MVP will be sent to testers next week.
Mobile: Android Dash Wallet: Issue with Google Play Account resolved. Android Dash Wallet: Uphold integration in buy Portal is planned to be sent to QA this week.
