Hi everyone and thanks for your kind support for my proposal "Building Awareness and Content for Dash in Iran". 
In this thread I will provide the latest updates and details about the progress of this project. I really appreciate your feedbacks and suggestion during and after this process. I am also ready to answer any questions about this project.
PHASE 1:
A) 6 videos (DASH School) + 1 extra video were subtitled in Persian. They are now available on YouTube.
@strophy gave me access to transfix and I translated the scripts of these videos into Persian. Then, they were added by the official account of DASH in Youtube.
Dash School Videos:
B) Hard subtitles were added to all 7 videos. They were uploaded to two popular Persian video-sharing platforms (i.e. Aparat and Tamasha).
Note that YouTube is blocked in Iran.

PHASE 2:
A) a domain name (www.DashPersian.ir) for the website is bought.
although I was supposed to buy it for 2 years, I managed to register it for 5 years!

Linux, 250 MB for 2 years
C) The Template for DashPersian.ir is uploaded.
Now you can access the website.
