Hi there! My name is Philipp and I want to start budget pre-proposal. It's name "digex.club's new horizons"
More than year ago I started work on my project. It was hard but very exciting. I achieved good results. My site is visited by about 150 people every day, making over 300 views in the day (updated). Best result is 303 visitors and 591 views.
1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks.

Preliminary cost estimate:
0. Proposal cost - dash.
1. Designer for website and pictures – about 1000$
2. Programmer for outsourcing for three months – about 2100$
3. Articles, interviews, translations, interesting stuff – about 1500$
4. Unexpected expenses – from 400$.
5. News aggregator – from 200$
6. Prototype for mobile app – from 1000$
7. Prototype for Multilanguage planform – from 1000$
If Dash’s average price will be 75$, I’ll do 1…5 positions.
If Dash’s average price will be 100$ I’ll do 1…7 positions.
If Dash’s average price will be more than 125$, I’ll try to create high-quality mobile app.
If Dash’s average price will be less than 50$... Well, I’ll pay by myself and complete 1…5 positions anyway!
How will it look?

Why digix.club is so interesting for Dash-community? Digix.club provides interesting and up to date information about Dash. Regular articles to actual topics. Our goal is to be No. 1 high-quality information source about Dash in Russian language. We are publishing more than half (!!!!!) of all Russian information about Dash now.
It will cost less than 0,5% of all budget, but it's very important for ALL Russian speaking community.
In Russian we have a proverb. It sound like a:
"Fast,cheap, high quality. Take only 2 positions"

Well. I want expand now, but I need some help - not enough my own resources
I want to create a news site of completely new quality! More material, more quality, more amenities, more devices you can read!
My "road map" is:
new design
new site engine
translator hire
writers hire
mobile app
few small projects
Here is a lot of expensive work, so I have 2 way now. Slow development on my free time, or fast rise on new level with freelance workers.
Well. If Dash finance "my webpage", Russian speaking community will have friendly access for all Dash's news.
Unfortunately, very many people on the CIS territory don't know English (at all, or a little bit). I will give them chanse to read information very close to sourse. Friendly and fast access.
Next step is a mobile app. It will be great! With mobile app I can expand on English community (it's a new step).
I have some ideas about budget. For e.g.:
10 dash per month - very slow and badquality development.
20d/m - medium development.
30 d/m - it's very good, I'll get normal resource for development.
For 9 month - high quality sftuff for this money.
6 month - normal quality. Will be some problems.
3 month - "shit! what should I do first???? Aaaaaahhhh, noooo!" - not enough time for a quality product.
I think, for good start enough 30 dash per month for 6 month
I realy want to make a good stuff, but in will cost a lot.
