I have never submitted a proposal on here before and am looking at initial thoughts about this concept and what the community is looking for in new proposals.
I have made this relatively quickly to get an idea as to what people think of my general idea and whether or not to progress into an actual proposal.

Background
I’m Alex, I’m a partner at a marketing consultancy practice based in Shanghai, China. I am relatively new to Crypto Currencies and like Dash’s governance structure with the master nodes – I think it’s the only big coin that does this?
Last week I went for lunch with a number of Chinese business owners some of which expressed interest in Bitcoin as a way of getting RMB out of China.
The government here is clamping down a lot on ML activities and cryptocurrencies, in particular, however, a lot of Chinese can invest through BitCoin by taking RMB to Macao and converting to chips in a casino and then exchanging the chips for USD – a very common way of converting RMB to USD without government approval.
For rich Chinese, knowledge about Bitcoin is somewhat censored and unless you speak fluent English there is virtually no information on Chinese internet (Baidu, Weibo) about other Cryptocurrencies.
From being on the ground in Shanghai, there is a huge number of very wealthy Chinese that speak virtually no English - with no access to Google and no idea forums like this even exist. These people are genuinely very open to ideas about getting a proportion of their money out of China and have a very high tolerance when it comes to risk. I think properly marketed, DASH could become
I am thinking of submitting a proposal in to bring awareness about Dash in Shanghai by opening an official WeChat Account – Chinas largest social media application which will provide all relevant information to Chinese consumers about Dash.
In addition to this, I have a good network of High Net Worth Individuals in Shanghai, being a member of the FC Club (business networking club) and also a regular attendee of Hurun Report dinners and networking events - which produces the market-leading report into the wealthiest people in China.
After initially posting in the Proposals section on Slack I was told to break down my initial proposal into something small. Then when I can provide evidence of work done, submit further proposals that would increase the readership and further build the community of Dash in China.
Very happy to hear people's suggestions and thoughts, I list the first stage below at which would be a 3-month project - billing at 35 Dash per month.
Proposal - Stage 1
Translate and Localise Key Dash Marketing material into Mandarin Chinese
Create a subscription based WeChat Page (largest and most relevant social networking application) and build and post 5 articles that provide a general background, overview, price history, and steps on how to purchase DASH with various currency sources (RMB, USD, BitCoin).
Build the DASH Weibo account and start an online community - posting regularly in on the Cryptocurrency pages and BitCoin pages with links to the WeChat account.
Note: I am fairly new to DASH and am very open to ideas as to what details should be included on the WeChat page.
