The Allyos Application – Intro to a New, simple Era by tokenizing the whole global product and service market. In simple terms: Anything for a dollar (and get DASH without mining)

UPDATE: FYI we are going to update this proposal based on the comments so far. As the initial 100k USD Dash part in our Marketing & PR budget brought unnecessary financial pressure, focus on the real value and opportunity may turned away, we decided to set the right direction. We are not asking for any funding from Dash, we are offering an exchange of 300k USD of our own app token for the whole Dash community in order to test the mobile app and use it freely. Scope of the project

The easiest way to think about Allyos is this: It is a totally new “everything tombola”. The core idea is extremely simple, Allyos has separated the price of every single item into 1-dollar portions. This 1 portion is 1 ticket, costs 1 USD for everyone. Meaning a 100$ worth item is 100 tickets. So far so good. What we had to patent in order to create the most balanced and leveled ecosystem for all users is our Time Limit System. By financializing time as a ledger and balancer, based on the universal fact that everyone has 24 hours a day, we have created, tested, developed and patented a brand-new desire driven ecosystem. Allyos is the world’s first product- and service-backed crowdsourcing mobile app with integrated charity and a prosperous community, and we called this: „Crowdshopping”. On Allyos you can get any premium or everyday product for as little as a dollar. That is a price of 1 ticket to get in, and you are locked out from that very same item for 1 hour in order to stop overfunding any item or offer. Once the full price is collected from the 1 dollar participations, the item is bought, 1 participant raffled as the winner of the item, and everyone else get their money back in a form of a discount voucher. Allyos is not an idea like most ICOs. Allyos is an ongoing working project in its 3rd phase where we re-opened membership for new users to check out, test, comment, feedback, share and see the concept as we are building a community here, and as a crowd-concept to work requires only one thing: Users! As we love and trust the blockchain concept and one of our co-founders is an early Bitcoin adopter from 2012 and a venture capitalist since, we have been keeping a very close eye on several cryptos and especially on Dash and its awesome community, sharing the thoughts of several DASH members like Max Keiser, Mark Mason, Steve Baldwin and Ryan Taylor. For this reason, we took the time and joined WorldBlockchainForum and DASH Conference in London #WBF #Allyos and were lucky enough to get Ryan’s attention for a few minutes during his busy schedule and presented him the Allyos app. He very much liked the idea and suggested that we propose it to the Dash Community and its incubator program for the greater and common good.

Hence Allyos intends to integrate several cryptos in the near future, we decided to start an exclusive and dedicated offer to DASH to raise even more awareness for the currency this way introducing DASH to millions of potential users as well as offering the Dash community several mind-blowing unique opportunities.

  1. Top-up your Allyos wallet with DASH
    We open 4 dedicated top-up coupons for the amount of 50$, 100$, 500$ and 1000$. You can pay by DASH to our DASH wallet for these top-ups, so you can download the Allyos Lite app accredited and topped-up with the amount you purchased. See, for regular users if you win a 1000$ worth item but you don’t want to get it shipped to you, you can “Split”, meaning 50% of the item price is added to your balance (In Indollar, as that is the official in-app currency). However, we came out an exclusive offer to the DASH community for a limited time, and if you top up your wallet by 100$, 500$ or 1000$, you get access to Level 1, 2 and 3 in the Crypto Split function, meaning 10%, 20% or 30% of your 50% split part can be exchanged to your favorite digital currency, DASH. That’s right, in this case taking the 1000$ worth of good, you just made 500 IND (Indollar), and if you are at Level 2 Crypto Split (20%, for the 500$ top-up) 100$ worth of DASH is sent to your DASH wallet.

Problems today

People all over the world are budget orientated and the world is slipping into bigger and bigger trouble and debt thanks to the central bankers and to their Ponzi scheme monetary and fiscal policies. In short, we are currently not doing a great job applying one of the Golden Rules of this world, to hand out the globe in the same or better shape to our next generation as we inherited it. Decentralized, disruptive technologies like blockchain and cryptos have the power to bring a new era to this finally and can give the power and control back to the people. However, most companies and start-up projects focus on complex, technical, time and resource-consuming solutions or ideas on how to integrate new currencies (cryptocurrencies as well) into our everyday life, or how to fit their ideas into the blockchain technology. Unfortunately, some of the people behind these projects simply try to make a quick buck and leave. Truth is, most people can hardly understand and see all these so far.

One major blocking problem that comes out at every blockchain and Bitcoin forum is the mass adoption. The industry still looking for the “One” project that can bring the change to the crypto world and provide the real and an easy breakthrough.


Solution

Allyos has changed the whole everyday concept of shopping and getting anything as a whole. We have been working on the most balanced real-life win-win-win ecosystem for over 2 years. Budget

Besides the top-up option via DASH, so we can get more users and speed up the process to a new level while you can use every penny, we want to focus on even more speed and make Allyos global even faster and open to new countries by a speed of lightning.

Thanks to the co-founders Allyos has been self-financed all the time. We have received a few investment offers, also some co-operation offers from banks, but the Allyos concept meant to be for the users, with the users, and never for big institutions. This does not mean that we are not opened to offers. In fact, we are extremely opened to several needs:
  • We need to grow our community
  • We need to gain more users, as the Allyos “crowdshopping” concept needs one thing the most: crowd. Users.
  • We would love to team up with projects, companies and communities who share the same values and we can co-operate for common goods

As a result, and to speed up the growing process, we have created a fairly big PR and marketing plan with a help of several outsourced expert companies focusing on:

A possible ICO is not out of question (only if we find the best full advisor team and the ideal balanced way between time and blockchain, as our token would be both security and utility, and supply limited by the user’s lifetime)

The accepted total expenses of all the above is 440k USD, which of 340k USD will be financed by the core Allyos team, and we would like to involve the DASH community for the remaining 100k USD in DASH.

With this accepted budget Allyos can keep the required speed of progress in the next 4 months, and possibly with the huge amount of DASH new users we will grow to astronomical levels together, to the MOON!

Thanks a lot for the first question :) We are both excited and eager to reply to any requests or ideas.
Well, the project right now works without the blockchain. The system is very simple, every item price is split to 1 units. 1 unit access is now based on "nature's blockchain", time. 1 unit eqials 1 hour. Once the target price is collected/reached, the system selects one unit randomly. This is the most fair system as all units are equal. Now. If we wish to place the whole concept to the blockchain (which has been on the table between the management for more than a year), it would be very ideal and clear. If we go to this direction, then just as you figured, all tickets/tokens/units would be recorded and clearly one would be raffled, and that ticket owner gets the item, all other ticket owners would get their discount.

Also how exactly does this work? Let's say you have a 10$ product so 10 people buy 1$ tickets. 1 get's the product the other 9 get 1$ discounts that's a payout of 19$. Where exactly do these extra 9$ come from?
And if I wanted to buy that product keep playing until I either got lucky and won it or had enough discount to get it for free. So your system is strictly better than buying normally. It sounds too good to be true.
I probably misunderstood something and if you can clear that up ill surely vote for you proposal and maybe start using your product.

Finally it is becoming fun. We love these questions and we have received them a lot in the last 2.5 years. No surprise, because in Allyos you need to think a completely different way. But once you figure it out, and see how easy and common sense it is, you won't want to think any other way :) So, let's get this right shall we:
How many current users? The current application version for Android and iOS is the 4th version. Due to the fact that we wanted to test every single bits and pieces of the concept and also efficiently, we worked with limited users. The current "Beta-Tester" group is about 650-750, i will check it tomorrow morning with the IT guys if you require the exact number, i do apologize. The project flow is that now anybody can dowload the Lite Version for Free from the website, exactly for the reasons you just stated, people need to try and test the concept in real and in their hands. The app says a thousand words. After a couple of minutes, you will figure out the whole simple concept, and will see how easy and handy we put it together. So far we have been receiving Only (no kidding) positive feedbacks, which is extremely rare, so all signs are showing that we must be on a good path to form an awesome innovation. Now. The core purpose of this Lite Allyos app is to get in maximum 100.000 users, as our current infrastructure would be working idealy on that level. We are gifting all these downloaders with $1 gift top-up in the app. Thus, we can collect as many feedbacks and recommendations as we can, and we can still implement them in the next Live version, which is due to come out in around April 2018. That version will be fully live and global, and as planned would include most of the user feedbacks. See, this concept would not work without as many users as possible. But, once it has enough users, you will see something extraordinary.
The $10 example? Your example of a $10 worth item is perfect :) Because that would not be available in Allyos. The math would not work. The product and service line price wise starts at about $100. I would suggest just buying everything below $100 from your local shop or Amazon :) So, the rules are the following, as it can be seen in the FAQ section. In every 1 hour every user can add $1 to any item. Every item is on offer for a limited displayed time. If within this timeframe the targeted item price is not collected, everyone gets their money back, the "campaign" was not successful in the given timeframe. If, the target price was collected, the sale is complete, one participant gets raffled, and everyone else get a discount coupon, starting at 2%. After that, every next round campaign gives you an additional 0.1% discount for the same item if you participated in it. The Lite App shows you this nicely. Let's take your idea and a $100 item for instance. 100 people put in $1, so 100x1=100$. The price is collected. One lucky guy gets the item for the price he/she put in, $1 in this example, everyone else, so 99 people get 2% discount for this very same item. That means, if you wish to buy this $100 item as not the winner, you need to fill up the remaining $98, as your current discount rate is 100-2=98$. If you are still interested in this product, because you want it badly, in the next round you will add 0.1%, so all together 2.1% discount if you are not the winner this time either. This line goes until the point that the system sees that we have let's say 2478 interested potential buyers with currently 6.4% discount rate as the highest, so our Product department gets in touch with the distributor and asks for the best price in a case of a sale of 2478 item. The distributor will say OK, in this case we give you 15% off, so our system sends out a push message and let's all the discount voucher owners know about the best possible offer, and starts the expiration countdown from 30 days.
Therefore, also answering to your question of "Where exactly do these extra 9$ come from?", the answer is from nowhere. :) No such case.

I think it's best you get the app on Google Play first. And I'm going to feel a whole lot better if you can put together a system that verifiably proves (via the blockchain) the various conditions are being met.

As GrandMasterDash says if you could make the random ticket selection provably fair using the blockchain that would be neat. Though I don't think it is necessary.

Both of your points are absolutely right. I would also have a question. Have you downloaded and tried the app? The reason for this will be in the answers:
We have been developing and trying to create the best possible version of all the feautures for the Google and Apple stores. This takes time, effort and lots of funds. And, we are nicely getting there, the officail global version for Android to the Play Store was ready in November, the iOS global version should be done in around April. Based on our marketing and brand development plan, we only launch both platforms in the same time. The current downloadable version is our so called "training-demo) version, so people can see the concept on their phones. They need to understand the limitless possibilities and the complete and balanced ecosystem that this concept can bring to the everyday life.
Puting part of the process into the blockchain is like I mentioned on the table for more than 1 year by now. This is one reason why we are here :) We started seeking blockchain experts and advisors for this path. See, 99.8% of the people outhere don't have a clue about blockchain. And the Allyos system is working perfectly without it, as in very simple terms the selection process is a simple raffle, where everyone is equal, and implementing the time limit the whole process got the current most balanced way possible, giving a way to become a multi billion dollar business very soon, and a source of income for the users, not to mention reaching their dreams. You and me, we know the potentials of the blockchain, so we both would highly recommend to get and try the best possible technology for the better. So, here we go :)

I didn't find your app on the Play Store, so maybe it's not compatible with my phone. But anyway, from what you're saying, I feel you're too early to talk about dash integration (I'm just one voice here).

I know you say it's a "simple raffle", and I appreciate this might avoid some gambling laws. And I appreciate your audience may have little knowledge / interest of blockchain tech. However, I am cautious because of dash's reputation. Now, if you could use dash to verify the legitimacy of your operations, that would be a great badge to put on your product.

Thank you for your message! As you may saw on our website both the iOS and Android apps are on a finalizing state. You cannot find them in application stores. We came here because now we are in the state when we can integrate several features before the planed "GO LIVE". As we mentioned above we have a "training" version of the apps and you can have your download links from our website. (but not from the application stores)

Our raffle algorithm is a "blackbox". It simply pick one user from the "bucket" who put in token(s). We know that using blockchain technology to do the raffle might be a good way, but as now our system is nearly ready, i'm afraid we only could change the whole implementation with serious delay.

As you might have seen on our webpage the concept cannot be judged as "gambling" because if you are not the lucky one who are the winner, than you'll have your discount voucher.

So the 3 possible results on a product campaign :
  1. The product price was collected (Campaign successful) and you are the lucky one who won
  2. Another preson won the item (Campaign successful) and you get your discount voucher
  3. The product price could not be collected in the given time (Campaign unsuccessful) so every participant gets their money back

The exclusivity timeframe offer is basically based on the successful co-operation of both parties.
If we see common gains and additions, the timeframe can be modified to "as long as we see it prosperous".
Dash maintains most values that we prefer out of the others, so teaming up would be very ideal on several ways. Especially for current Dash holders and long term inestors.

No worries, i'm sure it is compatible, however as I noted above app is not available in the Play Store, you can dowload it from our website for both platforms. Store availability is planned in April as per our project flow and marketing plan.
Dash integration would be very easy and can start right now thanks to the Allyos "crowdshopping" concept. This is why I asked you to check it out for yourself. I would like to point out one huge advantage for the first/only crypto that joins Allyos, and no other project can tell this. The "CryptoSplit" function. I give you and example. A $100.000 worth item is sold/won in the app. If you are CryptoSplitter, you can decide that you don't want to get this item, instead you want exchange it to crypto. In this case, to Dash. In this case, 50% of the item price is yours, that would be normally added into your app wallet in the current Allyos currency: Indollar. So, as an Exclusive Dash CryptoSplitter, you select 20% Crypto out of this $50.000, meaning you just made $10.000 worth of Dash, that we buy, and send to your Dash wallet.... Think about the consequences of this for a minute. And this is just one feature that we can provide with Allyos :)
The concept is not gamble, we, or I should say 14 international lawyers, financial advisor and consultant for 3 months made sure of it.
The Allyos concept works greatly without the blockchain, but the implementation would be a very positive and advanced addition. And Dash is one of the best candidates.

While I'm glad you are open to keeping it exclusive as long as it is prosperous for both of us, I think we do need to insist on some minimum amount of time to keep it Dash exclusive if we are going to give you funding.

Fair enough.
As we are open to all suggestions, may I suggest opening a specific discussion on this topic and see what your ideas would be?
See, Dash has most if not all the requirements that we value and would be optimal for the Allyos project if we start the chain implementation on any way. However, the Allyos concept does not require any crypto envolvements in order to grow and work perfectly and gain huge awareness. As we are early Bitcoin adopters and huge blockchain supporters, at the London WBF and Dash conference we came to the final conclusion that we would prefer to work and team up with this community.
We are unable to offer exclusivity on the crypto wallet top-up function, as that would not be fair to the rest of the crypto community and coins as a whole. But, we are indeed able and would willing to offer sole exclusivity for the CryptoSplit function. That would mean that all the crypto exchanges from the won items would be solely sent out in Dash. This option will powerboost Dash as a currency and would bring lots of new users to the crypto world, and they would know Dash as their first crypto. For most cases timewise we plan in quarters. We would suggest giving 2 quarters for this exclusivity in a case of successful proposal and to get into the incubator program. From that point, our communities should work a bit closer together, and we should create some common PR campaigns and if we see results at the 6th month, we would be happy to increase the exclusivity for 1 year. At the end of the first year, we evaluate the results, and decide about the future steps together. If all works perfectly, I would not close out the option of working with Dash solely in the future. I know this is a brave statement, as no one can see the future and this industry is very new and regulators will step in and the crypto world needs to fight back in order to prevent the core Satoshi ideas.

Well, the other coins are not paying you. I don't know how valuable the CryptoSplit function is but I do think exclusivity for that is not enough.
You should also have at least a 2 Quarter exclusivity for the crypto wallet top-up function.

Let me put this in perspective in a moment please to give you a rough idea.
Giving exclusivity for any crypto for our crypto top-up function is clearly out of negotiations. This is due to several reasons I'm sure you will 100% agree with:
1, Our Legal Department would not allow it at all, as it would bring up several legal issues including providing monopoly on a free market.
2, As a private company we have advertised, marketed and offered the crypto acceptance to several communitities in the last 7 months, and it was accepted highly positively. We already have from this time until this day over 7000 signups for this feature, including interest for topping up with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. Currently we would not accept anything else, not even Ripple, no Monero and no ZCash, and definitely no BCash. Only Dash joins to this group. We very simply must keep our word and promise to these people, no matter what.
3, It is not part of the proposal deal :)
How valuable the CryptoSplit function is? Extremely! Allow me to give you some numbers please. The Allyos concept is tokenizing the whole global market space. It opens a totally new dimension. Not just to the crypto world, but to the average guy, to everyone out there. Think of it as Amazon on steroids. Based on our research and tests in the last couple of years, in the case of a 1 million user base Allyos would be valued at around 3.8 billion USD due to the wide product range. In the case of an average 20% CryptoSplitter rate this would mean roughly 100 million USD monthly completed sales, which would come to approx 20 million USD crypto purchase per month from Allyos side. So, your current one time 100k USD investment would bring 20 million USD Dash purchase at the market. Monthly. For 6 months in a row. That is certainly not a bad investment. And these are calculated with very low numbers, by the worst case scenario I should say.
And I did not mention here the Dash brand awareness to the mass. See, Allyos will be dowloaded and used by the "masses". And what the crypto world needs the most right now and in the future? Mass adoption. Here you go. With this 6 months (perhaps 1 year) CryptoSplit exclusivity Dash will be the first crypto that hundreds of thousand of the average user comes across. Not Bitcoin, Dash. Most of them heard about Bitcoin as a crypto, but they get Dash. And I don't even want to get into the following flows, when they realize that they just opened a Dash wallet, and their wallet amount is just growing in FIAT. Guaranteed by the 20 million USD monthly Dash purchase. They are in the game.
And, I don't even mentioned here one of our favourite features, the "1% of the weekly total sale goes to the user" one. We would be able to offer here the option of Dash payouts if the user requires it, but this would be a new feature request for the next app version, so we would need to separate money and time to develop it. But, it is just an idea of the vast possibilities that Allyos as an ecosystem can provide.

If you already advertised to other cryptos I can understand why you can't make it exclusive to dash now.

I think I am misunderstanding something again with how the CryptoSplit works. From your example above if somebody wins or buys an item they can decide not to take the item but instead get 50% of the price in Indollar (and part in Dash if they want). But why would anybody do that? If somebody bought a ticket for the item i would assume he actually wants it. If you win you could either get the X$ dollar item you want or X/2$ in Indollars unless something changes between buying the ticket and winning the choice seems obvious. And for people who buy the item using the discount unless they have a discount over 50% this also makes no financial sense.
So I don't see how that would result in significant number of Dash being bought.

Now the "1% of the weekly total sale goes to the user" if that was only for Indollar and Dash that could be quite valuable.
