I appreciate the idea of reviews but please do not create an impression of them being official or required in any case. This is a community initiative and efforts and should be presented this way in my opinion.

I'm part of the PEC at the moment and I completely agree, this is purely a community based idea. That is the basis upon which I'm giving my time to it.

At best i think we can create an open process that any community member could use to conduct some basic due diligence and review pre-proposal ideas.
