Official logo vote

I figured that would be the case. I did like #6 a lot when I first saw it. As people said, "The only professional looking logo" in the bunch. But I changed my mind after some time. Not sure it fits the project. I like 2 a lot now, and of course, mine.
I don't think 6 scales well into an icon, it ends up looking like a little rectangle or a sideways G, and doesn't really fit on a coin very well (I've reduced the width of the D on the coin version in the attached tiny image).
But of course, I'm biased. Oh well.

10 and 6 are really good, but when I think money, security and such I get drawn to 2. So that's my vote.

That's where I put my vote as well. I like 5 but since it didn't get support, I wanted to use my vote on my second choice I like that it looks techy

This equates to advertising at the voting booth, but what the hell, LOL

I like number 5 the best, but honestly there are a lot of really good designs, and I"d be happy with any number of them.

Yeah, I was wowed by 6 as well when I first saw it but once the honeymoon was over it didn't look as good.

#6 is so horribly unimaginative and plain. Really disappointing that it looks like it will win. Honestly, not even sure its better than what we previously had.

I knew #6 would get the most votes since it's "cool". Thing is we don't need cool we need marketability. I will say again can we use the most marketable logo (#2) and use the "cool" sharp design idea (#6) for the Darksend design. I'm saying this because I believe it will be better for Darkcoin long term.

I expect there will be a window of time during which the selected logo can be modified & tweaked. We will own the copyright on it after all. Then we could have another vote for the best version and go from there.
