Hello,

Do full nodes recognize the main chain only by its length (amount of work), or does it also take into account the proportion of its adoption by the network?

If 99% of nodes agree on a chain, and 1% on a longer one, will the 99% adapt themselves to the 1%? (i am indeed talking about the 51% attack).

I think the 99% will adapt to the 1% if all of the blocks are valid.
