Need help have problems with opening my dash core wallet

I bought three Dash coins by "we sell crypto" but the Dash Core does not let me go in anymore, . Just want to get this sorted, I deleted and downloaded all again but keep getting this, really need help. Thanks in advance already!

Are you on Mac ?

quit wallet first.

1) find wallet folder and delete governance.dat, mncache.dat, mnpayments.dat

# 12.1
~/Library/Application\ Support/DashCore/

or
# 12.0
~/Library/Application\ Support/Dash/

2) restart wallet
