How do you want to earn?
get a coin and then sell into BTC daily?
Or mining and wait until it is most profitable to sell. Also a good option, by the way.

I like Suprnova and Mining Pool Noob. Easy to start.

@Wong Lee What is your Linux knowledge? Because, to build your own pool you need some Linux knowledge.

@Bitbuster There are many options to begin with mining. Right now for Dash the easiest and best way is to make use of X11 ASIC miners.
