Hmm I know the increase in fee is little high but will the masternode rewards increase in anyway

The minimum fee should be about 5x or even 10x what it is right now. But the fees should be decided by the market and not tried to be controlled in an automated way. Trying to control it in an automated way can result in some very odd effects which could be very negative.

Fees continue to remain low if you use a wallet, typically a few cents for Private Send, withdrawal fees from exchanges can get on the high side sometimes.
