All old were updated to v12 right now.
Since theres currently no way on serverside to update without resending the start command.
Please be sure to send the start command asap.
Hint: If you set the email address on your personal statuspage you can get notified if theres a need for resending the command.

First the not so nice things:
Were not able to offer the free service anymore. Were sorry about that, but this was clear from the start!
The Good News:
We are able to proudly anounce you the cheapest Masternode-Service on the world !
Currently we take only 4$ / Month !
How does the payment work?
All you have to do is visit our Payment-Page and send a Payment to your Node's payment-address.

Whats happening with the testnet?!
Proudly were able to support further the testnet, even increase the amount of nodes in near future. All you have to do is pay for the testnet-nodes too (Visit http://test.masternodecloud.com/#payment) surely in tDASH were in a tdash world there!
Next Milestones:
We doing the best to keep you daemons online. (Daemon monitoring: Periodicly respond checks, Autorestart in case of crashes etc.). But theres still a Problem which most people forget: missing Hardware redundancy. Depending were you rent your VPS, theres no automigration in case of a hardware failure, that means you have to restart your node and get on the start of the queue again. Our goal is to cover fails like this by adding additionally redundancy, on different geographical location so your node migrates in case of a hardware fail to another server.
If we reach 50+ Masternodes on Main-Net were going to add the described fail-over service,
which automaticly detects Hardware fails and migrates Daemons to other Servers (we hate downtime!)
- Soon theres going to be a referal system, which rewards you for each reffered user by 25% of his payments (live-time!).
- New Page soon, including fixes for all the mispellings.

Update:
Sadly there was a bug which under race condition crashed the dashd and corrupted the block chain.
In case of issues like this, the blockchain is now automaticly rebuild. We keep an eye on that and keep you updated ~
Sadly about 3 nodes where affected by this issue and need to resend the start command. You got already notified if you set an email address.

Currently theres an issue with the global list,
you may get send an email that your node is offline even if its online were working on it to solve it asap. Were sorry about this missleading mails.
The good thing about that is that your balance doesnt decrease due to this bug
Please check if your node is really not listed on dashwhale / dashninja, and ONLY if thats the case restart it~

Hey Guys,
Sadly i have to tell you bad news, and i want to be honest and transparent as possible.
Today (~6 hours ago) we had technical issues. Which lead to a crash of all running VMs. A crash is normally not that bad as it sounds, as long as the node is comes online within 1 hour again. If thats the case your node wont drop out of the list.
Normally we having a self healing/monitoring Software for crashs like this which automaticly try to heal the running VMs. Sadly our self-healing Software wasnt able to fix this, because there was a situation we didnt except. Thats why all nodes dropped out of the list.
We extended our monitoring software, so its prepared to solve situations like this in the future.
All i want is to have satisfied customers and a stable services. I really can understand thats currently not the case, and if you wish i can offer you a refund of your payed dashs if you like. All you have to do is write me an PM with your private masternodecloud.com link, otherwise feel free to give us another chance. Since our service is getting better every day~

Its now possible to see your queue position!
Please keep in mind how the system works:
Your node is in the queue as long as it reaches a position within the first 10%'s of the queue size.
Afterwards it reached this position its getting the "pool-status".
If it reached this status, its in a pool (with other ~300 nodes) where it can be selected for getting payed.
This selection is random and still can take several days.
Our page shows you the position in the queue, and if your node is reaching the first 10% of the list the 'Pool-Status'.

Better stated as a node is eligible for for selection when 90% of the other nodes have already been selected.
Once you're due to be selected, your chances are 1 in 326 (10% of masternodes, the length of the selection queue) or about:
63% in the first 13 hours (326 blocks)
82% in the first 24 hours (576 blocks)
97% in the first 48 hours (1152 blocks)
99.5% in the first 72 hours (1728 blocks)
where probability P = (325/326)^blocks
