Lost a dashcoin using shapeshift.

I was trying to exchange a dashcoin for bitcoin using shapeshift when it timed out and took my coin. I have messaged shapeshift to help me solve the problem and they have come back to me requesting my txid/transaction hash or my sending address? Unfortunately I do not understand what they are talking about.

I am using an android wallet 5.14.5, not sure if it is daemon, qt or electrum.

Any help would be appreciated.

Tap on transaction to expand it, open 3-dot menu at right and select Browse - transaction will open in your browser, so you can copy full url or txid from it.
