What block did that rule go into effect? I assume early on, shortly after the "instamine"?
According to this document: https://dashpay.atlassian.net/wiki/display/OC/Dash+Instamine+Issue+Clarification from gnesis + 10 hours on, the block reward seems to be about 12,000 dash mined per hour, how long does trend continue?

I'v been doing more research on this... I made this list of block rewards and block times:

It seems that the first 4000 blocks or so have a reward of 500, and were all mined the first day.
The next 6000 blocks were mined over the next two weeks, and have a reward of about 146. Whats odd is that not all blocks have a consistent reward. For instance block 5000 has a reward of 47, yet block 550 has a reward of 122. Why did the reward go up?
From there the reward seems to go down, but sometimes you see the reward jump up. What causes this jump?
