Just an idea... If there are additional funds available, why not just take that DASH and put it up in an official swapbot (or something like shapeshift) where people can buy in with BTC and not need an account (and not move the price). Take the BTC from the transaction and add it to various exchanges at the current price which would allow for more liquidity (with less movement every time someone sells). Just continue that cycle where no one is making money off it but it gives DASH some more liquidity, smaller price swings, and buys ins without accounts.
