Linux (Dummy) Guide for dashvend ?

That is pretty cool. First I heard of the Pi 3.

We had the Pi2 Overclocked to 1.050 Ghz and it was still really slow. The dashd only runs a single core, so the other 3 cores are just idling. This Pi3 has a 1.2 Ghz - maybe overclockable a little. This would maybe save 20% off the boot time, still not fast.

We just tested the Odroid-XU4 and we can be fully loaded and ready for a transaction between 7 and 10 minutes = win. Saving 30+ minutes on bootup is worth the extra $50. Now just need to get the display working and the github code will be complete for the Xu4 too.

Odroid just upped their game too. C2 is $49 with power supply. 2Ghz and 2GB ram. I don't think it is as fast as the XU4 but should be double the speed of the Pi2. Plus the Odroids have gigabit networking. I have to use a usb gigabit adaptor on my pi2 to get video to play correctly. If the GPIO pins are the same as the PI, which is looks like they are, this would be the better buy.
