I think one of my first acts as an owner of a prototype machine will be to offer engraving of the DRK "D" on Titanium Sporks.

Or whatever... No body parts tho...

Lulz... I'll put Evan's "D" on pretty much anything.

No you can use any open license type which would define rules on usage without using patents.
