Sounds like a sarcastic way to say that govt courts, which are funded by govt guns with their judgments enforced by govt guns, suck.
 
im sure this is long over, but i was just thinking about this scammer today and figured id see if there was any news about him or a potential lawsuit.

This is way out of date now, and please don't bump zombie threads, chances of ever getting money back from scams like this
