I have been unsuccessfully looking for a website that has data on all proposals funded by the treasury for two reasons:
To evaluate the proposal owners both in honesty and competence
To to evaluate the benefit of the projects in terms of cost-effectiveness
I am somewhat surprised to find very few resources available for these purposes. Without them, masternode operators must rely on memory or fly blind, guessing on what seems to be a good idea. That's all well and good with a $10,000 treasury, but we have close to a $10,000,000 treasury now. It is irresponsible to not keep records of past performance with so much now at stake.
If such a resource exists, please post a link in the comments.
