How Dash can "Make Crypto Great Again"

"Make Crypto Great Again" seems to imply that it failed but I don't think that's a fair assessment. I mean, from a fundamental point of view, neither bitcoin or dash failed; it's still in the people's hands (and not government) and the max cap remains. Functionally, it's working as it should.

Any alternatives? Stick to the positives?
Just a suggestion.. "Dash is Cash is King"
