Help with my antminer D3

Hi,
I am on my way to have my antminer D3 in November. So I want to ask what is the best pool for this antminer ?

Another question, I attached a photo about miner configuration,
I see some pool has a long URL like in Zpool with address and password, what should I have to do with it ?

And is that worker same to my wallet ID ?

Hi for some reason we have match less profit , with hashing rate around 15 g, is anyone knows what exactly going on with D3 ?
 
I am using p2pPool, because I like decentralization.

to find one next to your location

With p2p use the following information to get started:
Pool URL: stratum+tcp://(put here the pool-IP):7903
User ID: your dash wallet address
Password: use any password (ignored by pool)

I do not know Zpool, but at most other pools I visited you need to register first. Then you need to create a worker on their Homepage.
