Thank you Dash Network for continuing to fund this proposal. The master block has been mined and 100% of the advertising budget of this campaign (70 Dash) is being liquidated to begin advertising. We are still putting a few finishing touches on our landing page for this round and we expect to begin advertising early next week (Monday or Tuesday). Here's what we're rolling out this phase:

MERCHANTS
Moving Forward - 50% Budget Targeting Merchant Adoption
The most significant change to our campaign this round is targeting for merchant adoption. We have heard loud and clear that the Dash Network wants to drive more integrations and that this is a path forward the network has unanimously embraced. We believe our campaign can be instrumental in driving merchant integrations.
We have created a "Merchant Quickstart Guide" based on Feedbands' own ecommerce Dash integration experience. This quickstart guide contains information that, strangely, is not easy to find anywhere on the internet. It is the most basic, easiest and fastest step-by-step guide for a new merchant to start accepting Dash as payment on their website and it is exactly the path Feedbands took after exhaustive research of every option and communication with Core.
We will be targeting merchants seeking to accept bitcoin and other blockchain payments. Using targeted advertising we will get in front of people already searching for how to accept bitcoin and other blockchain payments, educate them on why Dash is the ideal solution, and offer them our quickstart guide.
We are creating an entire merchant segment. Potential merchants will be tagged separately for remarketing purposes, merchant related goals will be tracked separately, and merchant email addresses will be collected in a separate list. This will allow us to communicate with and advertise to merchants as a completely separate segment, and it will enable us to report merchant related goals as a separate line item in our monthly ROI report.
We are creating a separate merchant facing page. By creating a separate merchant facing page that does not mention bitcoin or cryptocurrency at all, and talks about dash strictly as a payments solution, we believe we may be able to continue running ads on Facebook.

TRANSLATION EFFORT
We have upgraded to a truly scalable, enterprise-level translation solution for our page. This allows translators to translate onto the site, and also allows for multiple roles of translator and reviewer to ensure quality work. From the Dash Discord community alone, our page will be translated into Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Lithuanian, Dutch, Norwegian and Russian. All translators have been paid in Dash thus far.
We will likely exhaust the Dash Discord community by the end of this cycle with well over a hundred languages left to translate into. So, we are now getting quotes from various agencies to provide translations for all the missing languages in order of importance, with a focus on agencies that have experience workin on our translation platform.

A NEW AND IMPROVED VIDEO
We have also heard loud and clear that Dash does not have a well-done, showstopping video to introduce itself to the world. With just a portion of our design budget from this cycle, we have created a video that will impress. We hope to run this video on Facebook (pending approval), on Google partners (not Youtube, we're leaving that to our friends at StrikeSocial), on Twitter, and on Yahoo finance. This video will be the Network's to use, and if other proposal owners would like to run it on airplanes or Youtube they are more than welcome to
Our translators are also open to translating the content of the video into other languages if the Network deems it desirable.
Expect to see the new video Monday or Tuesday prior to us firing up the ads.

LOCALIZED CONTENT AND ROI REPORTING FOR OTHER PROPOSAL OWNERS
We've been approached by a handful of proposal owners who would like us to:
- provide information about their project to specific geographical locations (which we can easily do on the country / state and city level)
- provide goal-based ROI reporting for their web traffic. For proposals generating web traffic, there is currently no other option for them to send traffic somewhere where they can get granular ROI reporting, so we are happy to provide this at no extra charge to them. The more projects in the ecosystem that are accurately measuring their effectiveness, the better off we'll all be.
Our goal here is to help strengthen the overall ecosystem. Location-specific proposals have a higher chance of succeeding if they can get in front of people in their location. And proposals generating web traffic need to be able to measure their effectiveness to report back to the network. We are happy to help solve these two problems in a streamlined way moving forward.
