Forum Layout?

A possible solution to this, at least until there is more consensus or people designated to lead, is to create a few more subs on the forum. That way information is pooled and people collaborate. I would suggest the following be considered:

1. Marketing | https://darkcointalk.org/forums/darkcoin-websites.14/ and https://darkcointalk.org/forums/merchant-directory.46/

2. Tech support | https://darkcointalk.org/forums/newb-section.31/ and https://darkcointalk.org/forums/development-tech-discussion.8/ <-- Technically the child boards underneath that one.

3. Separate Master-node section | https://darkcointalk.org/forums/master-node-support-and-questions.47/

4. A Bounty sub, for open and proposed bounties | https://darkcointalk.org/forums/development-tech-discussion.8/

5. A section to post when wiki's or articles contain outdated information | Not added. Can add.

6. Foundation and its purpose/plan>? | Not added

7. FAQ | On the site or darkcoin in general?

9. Meetups? | not added. Can add.

10. Official/Important Announcements | Implemented none are present at the moment.

There will also probably be a need a call for mods after/before RC2 goes live

- I would argue that these subs have a distinctly separate purpose to marketing. I mean these two posts would fall into neither sub

and I predict that in a few weeks having a main sub for marketing will save people a lot of time and coordinate those who want to do something.

-This is mixed in with other things, I think it having it's own separate sub would generate more awareness and get more people to donate.

Are you sure? I mean without it I can see stuff like this http://chainz.cryptoid.info/drk/#!rich causing people to question distribution etc.

-Both probably, but a sub where we can start putting one together e.g.stop all the "My wallets no syncing!!!" posts

9. Meetups? | not added. Can add.
- I am probably jumping the gun on that, but who knows might turn into something.

10. Official/Important Announcements | Implemented none are present at the moment.
-Where is it? Maybe I'm blind, but I can't find an Important Announcements\News sub on the main forum.

New Issues -
1. New wave of spam has arrived, can someone take care of it?
2. Darkcoin Facebook is out of date, as well as having few updates? https://www.facebook.com/Darkcoin
A post about the dice games and a general update is probably needed there.
