Epoch issues when inserting a proposal

Trying to create a proposal and get the following error when preparing the proposal on the debug console:



00:20:05 Invalid proposal data, error messages:start_epoch field not found;Invalid start:end range; (code -8)

I'm guessing that you are using DashCentral to generate a proposal. Please try https://proposal.dash.org/

@rango you need to fix DashCentral's proposals generator - amount and epochs should be numbers (explicitly) or proposal is invalid otherwise, see https://github.com/dashevo/proposal-generator/pull/26
