DIPs 2, 3, 4 published here?

Have proposed DIPs 2, 3, 4 been published here, or only on reddit? If they weren't published here, why not?

I just want to say, these DIPs should try to eliminate / minimize percentage based calculations as it might impact on dash being adopted by muslims.

Thank you. Perhaps I missed it, but I was expecting the announcement of those DIPs to be made on these forums.

Yeah, we did annonce DIP 1 and shared the link (actually there is 22 occurences of the forum about the github link shared above).

I guess we announce it on so different places that we didn't create a specific thread here, probably @tungfa or @andyfreer would be able to post those later on ?

Clearly there is value in a Deterministic Masternode List, but I'd like some assurance I can continue to hold my collateral on a trezor. I'd rather not have a transition period where the collateral is not on a hardware wallet.
