If you hire someone on Fiverr for a $100, this is how it breaks down.
Employer pays
$105 ( $100 +$5 Service Charge. )
Freelancer Receives (Assume his base currency is Indian Rupees )
($74 [ $100 - Commission ($20) - Paypal Charges ($0.30+$2.40) - Currency Conversion Charges ($2.30) - Withdrawal Charges ($1)]
So as an employer if you spend $105, the freelancer receives only $74, or $31 in costs.
With Dash, the transaction cost to send the money is $0.02, plus a one way exchange fee ($0-0.1%)
If you add up the costs just for sending the money with paypal it is close to $6.
It is a no-brainer really to use Crypto for payments and remittances.
