DashForce Meetup & Presentation Program

Hello fellow Dash-ians, I just had my sixth meetup in Guadalajara at a new place, at the office of TecGurus, who are a company of developers who attended April's meetup and are interested in helping out the community, so they lent me their offices for this new meetup on May 8th. I got 10 people in total for this meeting plus me, out of which, 4 were new and got new wallets.

1) I explained to some of the new guys what cryptocurrencies are, what Blockchain is, how to acquire cryptocurrencies here in Mexico and how to exchange them into Dash, how to send and receive and the different kind of wallets that there are. Some were already familiar with cryptocurrencies and blockchain, so to them I only explained the Dash part of things.

2) I explained what Dash is and its features, as well as why it is better than others and that it is currently being accepted in different businesses around the world. So basically what is Dash? What are masternodes? What is InstantSend? What is PrivateSend? What is DAO? And the block rewards. Most of the new people had heard about Dash before, but not in such a deep manner as the one I explained.

3) I had 10 people attend (4 new, 6 from previous meetups). I sent 5 USD to each one of them. So all in all, I gave out 20 USD. I mistakenly made 2 transactions to the same wallet, so I taught him how to use the wallet and he gave me the money back and then I sent it to the correct wallet. So you will see that in the transactions picture.

A successful meet up was held and this is what transpired.
The youth were educated on cryptocurrency,blockchain technology and how to install and use dash wallet.
Also,they were enlightened on how to use piiko to buy or recharge mobile credit and some of them were able to buy credit with it. Out of the 25 paticipant who attended 20 of them downloaded the wallet and 12 people were tipped with 5$ worth of dash, for the others received credit which was bought with dash digital cash.
After the meet up a football match was organized and we had fun.
