Just had my first dash digital Cash meetup at Bamahu- Abroba fast food, it went on extremely well and successful, I had about 19 participants made up of 14 newbies.
Objectives of this meetup was to bring 10 or more newbies together to enlighten them about Crypto-currency specifically DASH DIGITAL CASH, the basic aim was to take the newbies through the significance of dash and it's unique features and to explain to participants how dash is perfectly fit to be accepted as a medium of exchange.
ACTIVITY OF THE MEETUP
During the meetup I explained what cryptocurrency is and narrowed my explanation down to dash digital cash. I took my time to enlighten participants about the advantages of dash digital cash over other cryptocurrencies, how dash has eliminated the disadvantages of Bitcoin and is the first electronic currency operating as cash. From my presentation participants noticed that dash digital cash is really the next generation of cryptocurrencies.
I also explained to participants the unique features offered by dash digital cash such us; instantsend, privatesend, Masternodes, cheap transaction charges among others. I also took participants through the process of how to download and install dash wallet, how to buy and sell dash through merchants and exchanges that have proven their reputation.
Achievement of the meetup; 19 people attended the meetup, 14 people out of the 19 participants were newbies and 14 new dash wallets was created, I gave out tips to the newbies to serve as a startup.

DASH FUNFAIR​

Introduction
April has been a successful and favourable month for the cryptocurrency ecosystem and most especially Dash as there has been high level of adoption of the currency and its user-base is on the rise.
Africa has continued to contribute its quota to the success of the Dash community through the help of the DashForce team especially @Albert and @Mastermind whom has been of great assistance financially and otherwise.

I organised a two days funfair for the month of April, which turned out to be a blast with the help of some of my team mates (Dashsquad).

The first program took place on the 14th April, 2018 while the main even took place on the 15th April, 2018.
We were able to convince everyone that the adoption and use of cryptocurrency (Dash) was the only way to completely annihilate corruption in government and bring about fair-governance, transparency and privacy.

We had people from different works of life present at the venue to listen to the gospel of St. Dash.
The first program had about 80 people present, while the the last program which was the main event had about 240 people present.

The first program was held at Bamalli open-ground while the main event was held at Royal Catholic Social Center.

We had Poets perform word-plays and also poems that are cryptocurrency related so as to make everything fun while learning about the cryptocurrency revolution.

We also showed them that Dash is not just a buy low sell high cryptocurrency; that it is a true currency with a true value. We spoke to them on how they can use their Dash to topup their mobile devices and how they can buy items through the dash cart (coming soon).

I explained to them how they can be part of the Dash community, support is goals and share in its vision by contributing their quota to the progress of the community.

77 people were tipped $3 worth of Dash, in which a lot of people asked how they could purchase more and i refered them to bitit.io.
Most of them commented on its instantaneous transaction which doesn't depend on geographical location and is a great tool for cross border transactions.

A handful of the participants who were mainly parents who had kids studying abroad were happy about the Dash ATM as it would solve the extra expenses they incur using Western Union Money Transfer to send money to their kids.

Summary
The entire event was epic and a lot of new wallets were opened and a lot are still calling me up to date based on various questions they have about Dash and cryptocurrency as a whole.

April has been another interesting month for dash digital cash awareness creation and adoption. Fortunately, I had a successful basic meet up with some students of the Tamale technical University on the 18th of April, 2018 that took place at the Tropical Drinking Sport.

DESCRIPTION OF MEET UP DETAILS

First of all, I delivered a concise explanation of the Blockchain technology and Cryptocurrency to participants, the evolution of cryptocurrency, Bitcoin and decentralised system of cryptocurrency as well as the investment opportunities in cryptocurrencies.

And secondly, participants got to know what Dash cryptocurrency is, the relationships as well as differences between Bitcoin and Dash and the unique features of dash that made it distinct from all other cryptocurrencies. For instance, what's instant pay, secure payments, private payments, masternode and what DAO means. The available wallets for Dash and how to secure your funds in your wallets was also made clear to participants.

Lastly, a practical session was featured in this meet up where i took my time to take participants through dash wallets downloading and installation on both android and ios devices. How wallets can be backed up, restore and many more were explained to participants in this meet up.

22 participants attended the meet up but 18 new wallets were created at the grounds of the event and each wallet got tipped with $5 digital cash.

Dash is really soaring like an eagle amongst birds in the cryptocurrency space as there has been a serious turn around for it in this month of April.
I had my meet-up on the 22nd April and it was a blast as the turn out was overwhelming with dash newbies who were enthusiastic about dash having heard about it from persons who has attended our meet-up at some point in time.
The meet-up was a blend of culture and technology and representatives from different tribes in the school were present to also learn about cryptocurrency and the advancement in technology.
We had a little practical section where 10persons were picked randomly from the crowd and had their lines recharged on piiko.com using dash to show them that dash is not just a buy low sell high cryptocurrency or a store of value but that they could carryout transactions with it.

Hello fellow Dash-ians, I just had my fifth meetup in Guadalajara at the same place as last time (Wings and Beer place called Wingman at 8 pm EST on Wednesday Apr 25th). This time it was called CRYPTO AND BEERS MEETUP 5 (DASH). I got 11 people in total for this meeting plus me.

1) I explained to some of the new guys what cryptocurrencies are, what Blockchain is, how to acquire cryptocurrencies here in Mexico and how to exchange them into Dash, how to send and receive and the different kind of wallets that there are. Some were already familiar with cryptocurrencies and blockchain, so to them I only explained the Dash part of things.

2) I explained what Dash is and its features, as well as why it is better than others and that it is currently being accepted in different businesses around the world. So basically what is Dash? What are masternodes? What is InstantSend? What is PrivateSend? What is DAO? And the block rewards. Most of the new people had heard about Dash before, but not in such a deep manner as the one I explained.

3) I had 11 people attend (8 new, 3 from the previous meetup). I sent 10 USD to each one of them. So all in all, I gave out 110 USD.
